How to configure Google email in Outlook 2013?  

To set up the gmail account in your outlook then follow up the below given steps which are as follows :-

Step 1: Firstly open your required computing system.

Step 2: Then after that go to the web browser.

Step 3: There enter the on the search bar and then press enter.

Step 4: A login page will open in front of the user, there enter the required gmail address and also the password of the same account.

Step 5: Then go to the gear icon and then select the ‘settings’ option.

Step 6: From there move to the ‘forward and POP/IMAP’ present on the given option.

Step 7: Now under the ‘POP Download’, move to the ‘enable POP for all mail that arrives from now on’. Then switch to the next step.

Step 8: Choose the ‘Archive gmail’s copy’ present on the drop down menu.

Step 9: Finally click on the ‘save changes’.

How to configure Google email in Outlook 2007 ?

People may be facing problem while accessing and handling the two different email ID’s at the same moment. So, reduce this problem company has introduced the linking and configuring settings in the mails. From where one can receive there mails to the other mail account without login to that particular email address. And to make such settings just follow up the below given procedure.

Step 1: First of all enable the POP in your registered gmail account. And there make ‘save changes’ to the following email settings.

Step 2: Then go to the Outlook account, login there.

Step 3: On the outlook account, click on the ‘tools’ menu, there select the ‘account settings’.

Step 4: Now from the email tab, choose the ‘new’ option.

Step 5: There you will be prompted to choose the ‘email service’, then select the ‘Microsoft exchange’, POP3, IMAP, or the HTTP, then click on the next option.

Step 6: After that fill the necessary details. Like your username and password of the required gmail account.

Step 7: After entering all the details just, click on the submit button.
